Log.One Log.One allows the planning of cargo handling by length of time, the creation of goals for each phase of the operation (loading, storage, shipment, etc…) and the creation of any kind of KPI’s. In management, the system controls monthly reports, daily and monthly monitoring of the operation and production pace. It also contains a Dashboard to display the most important and necessary information for the operation.
The system is capable of managing the physical stock and accounting for the multiple operating units, recording the handling and adjustments. It offers extracts of handling and balances according to client, owner, etc… It contains graphical visualisation of the storage areas, controlling the time, operational phase, collection and calculation of quality samples and calculation of extra services.
Log.One offers support for road, rail, waterway and continuous flow (oil pipeline, ore pipeline). It does the programming, inbound delivery, weighing, loading and unloading, registration of merchandise classification, control of incoming and outgoing invoices, delays in transit, release and shipment, with issuing of weighing ticket.
It includes local integration with scales, access control systems, OCR and RFID.
Log.One manages loading/unloading orders, loading/unloading plans, and product quality. It makes production adjustments regarding weighing and tonnage, production and equipment stops, issues all port documentation, manages the customs information and the organisation of invoices on entry and leaving (legal obligation).
Another highlight is the creation of line-up scenarios, which provides a dynamic view of dock sequencing, simulating Demurrage/Despatch for each scenario and anticipating possible operational failures.
